One of our recent projects. 2 bedroom top floor flat refurbishment In north London Woodside Park.
This new development flat was built originally about 10 years ago with standard “developer finish”
Lady owner needed requested a full refurbishment as it was rented for many years
She gave us free hand in proposing finishes and all designs which we did with pleasure!
We have designed and fitted new simple bathroom with a bit of designer touches but kept minimalistic. Ample storage cabinets with mirror cladding to the front.
New kitchen was fitted with quarz worktop and fancy designer back splashes which correlate nicely with the bathroom accent strip.
Carpets were removed and whole flat received new timber floors on acoustic underlay. We moved some partitions to make a 2nd bedroom bigger and create new built in wardrobes with sliding doors.
All lighting were changed to energy efficient down lights
In the living room,bathroom, and bedroom we have installed speakers connected with av system.
Whole flat was painted decorated
We received very good standard of finish with not much money spent on the refurbishment. Project took approx 7 weeks
