Notting Hill loft conversion
Recent Projects
Major house transformation by full width "L shape " loft conversion and approx 55 m2 of extra space added to Notting Hill terrace house.
Building this loft conversion we was able find space for 2 bedrooms ( one master bedroom approx 28m2 ) and two en-suite bathrooms all done with great finish. To get a right head room we had to lower the floor for about 400mm in the rear section of the house.
Some additions which most of the loft companies will struggle:
Multimedia centre wired to provide home entertainment for whole house.
Plumbing system upgraded with new 300l Megaflo and new high efficiency system boiler installed,
Custom made carpentrywall papering works done to the rest of the house
paving a patio areawalk on floor customer service
Project took roughly 10.5 weeks including extra works to other than loft areas
